The poster said "Be a Hero and wear pyjamas for Julia's House." So on Friday 20th May we did just that. We donned our pyjamas, nighties, nightshirts and dressing gowns to raise some much needed funds. Julius_House_009

We had a cafe where cakes, scones, jellies, fruit, juice and milkshakes were on sale. We also had small bric-a brac/toy stall and had donations from the non-uniform.  We would like to thank Walbridge Motor Co. who donate some money so that the children could have a cake and drink, and also to thank Alex who donated the delicious cakes.Julius_House_031

Thanks go to Sue and all her helpers for organising this and we are proud to say that a magnificent sum of £230 was raised.  Julius_House_021

  • Tesco and Sainsbury Vouchers

As you may know, we are collecting the vouchers for schools from both Tesco and Sainsburys.

Tesco vouchers are no longer being given out in the stores so if you have any hiding away in the corner of your purse, wallet or even a drawer at home, we would be most grateful to receive them in school.                           Tesco_2011

The Sainsburys vouchers will stop being given out in the stores at the end of May. Again, we would be most grateful to receive them. Every one that we receive will help towards some equipment for the pupils here.Sainsburys_2011

You can send them in with your child, bring them into reception or post them, sending them F A O Mrs Walbridge.

As always, we are indebted to families and friends  for all their support. Thank you.
