Meet the Yewstock Family Support Team!
We are here to help and support with:
- Attendance issues
- Getting support from other professionals
- Signposting
- Filling in forms such as DLA or referral forms
- Letters of support- for housing, for example

*Please note- this may not be picked up immediately as the members of the Family Support Team work in other roles within the school as well. We will reply once we have picked up the request form to inform you of the support available.
Parents and members of the community may get help and advice from Dorset’s Family Support and Advice Line. A friendly team member will listen to your concerns and help you decide what kind of support is right for you. Speak to a practitioner today if you have any worries or concerns about a child or young person.
