We believe that the views of our pupils are hugely important in informing how we develop as a school, and the provision that we offer.
We have an active Pupil Voice group (like a school council), who meet monthly to talk about the things that are important to them and how they can help to affect change in the school. They also run charity projects which teach them about making change in a wider sense.
Person-centred approaches are central to the way we think about our pupils, and our Annual Reviews are run in a person-centred way, starting with the child and thinking about what is most important to them. Pupils are asked for their views, and are an integral part of their review process.
