Sport Premium funding 
Sport Premium funding is money provided by the DfE to Primary School to improve the quality of PE provision, where some school may not have access to specialist teaching.
At Yewstock we are fortunate to be able to offer specialist PE teaching for pupils across the school. We fully believe in and encourage the benefit of an active and healthy lifestyle and developing an interest and mastery of a chosen sport. Sport is important for well-being and developing fitness, motor skills, concentration, attitude and achievement.
We offer a wide range of Sports provision. Some of our pupils benefit from traditional school sports whilst others require a more specialist, multi-sensory approach. We use the Sport Premium funding to develop this provision for the benefit of all pupils.
