Dear Parents and Carers
We are finally in a position to distribute vouchers for Free School Meals. Apologies for the delay with this, it has been particularly complex to arrange but we thank you for your patience. You should receive them early next week.
Your vouchers will be sent directly to you from Dorset Council via a company called SODEXO. You will get a digital code which you can redeem online by choosing a store: Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Sainsburys, M&S and Waitrose. You can print the code or use it on your phone.
You will receive vouchers for 4 weeks so that you can use them over the Easter holidays (although you would not normally receive Free School Meals during holiday periods).
If you receive any contact from other companies about Free School Meals please ignore this. We have been made aware that there are some scams going round.
If you have any questions please contact the school and we will pass your queries to the team at Dorset Council who are dealing with this. Please make sure the office team have your email so that we can send you the vouchers – call us on 01258 472 796
