Local mental health and bereavement services are offering support for young people and their family and friends through new bereavement cafe drop-ins in Dorchester and Weymouth.
Dorset Open Door, Dorset Mental Health Forum and Mosaic are offering free weekly sessions, providing:
- Peer-to-peer support around feelings of loss
- Advice about local support
- A chance to talk to others in similar situations
Anyone can drop in at these times:
- The Front Skate Park, Weymouth – 4.30-6.30pm, Tuesdays 28 November and 5, 12 December
- The Gallery, Dorset Mental Health Forum, Dorchester – 4.30-6.30pm, Thursdays 23, 30 November and 7, 14 December
